25/10/21 Club Notes
CLG Naomh Ådhamhnåin /St Eunan’s GAA
The Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure Senior Football Championship continued at the weekend at the Semi-final stage. The Senior A team under the guidance of Rory Kavanagh played St. Michaels in a wet Mac Cumhaill Park on Saturday evening. The team left with a great victory and a score line of 0-10 to 0-05. They will go now and play Naomh Conaill in the County Final in 2 weeks’ time. Well done to all involved.
It was also a great victory for the Senior B team who beat Gaoth Dobhair in their Semi-final. A somewhat tighter affair kept the supporters on the edge of their seats until the end. Score line of 2-08 to 2-07. They will go ahead and play Ardara in their County Final. Well done to Conor Morrisson and his management team. Details of both games to be announced. We would appeal to all the people of Letterkenny to get behind the 2 teams. Best of luck.
We wish the Senior hurling team all the best in the county final against Setanta this weekend. We appeal to people to come along to O’Donnell Park to support Eugene and his team. Good luck to everyone involved.
Good luck to the ladies who play Steelstown, Co. Derry this weekend-please get out and support them.
The Century cinema Complex Sunday Morning Academy has finished up for this year. There will be a presentation night to follow in November. Thanks to everyone who helped and especially to the parents and organisers who were there each Sunday morning. Well done all. Thanks to the Senior Ladies who brought their cup out on Sunday morning.
