CLG Naomh Ádhamhnáin /St Eunan’s GAA
The Senior A team welcomed Realt na Mara to O’Donnell Park on Sunday. Final score was 2-08 to 1-05. Well done to all involved. There was no Senior B/Reserve game.
Well done to the Men’s Junior B team who beat Glenfin in the last minute by 2-10 to 2-09.
Our Senior Ladies were beaten at the weekend by Glenfin with a score line of 4-09 to 2-11. Hard luck to Alan and all the team.
Well done to all the u 12 girls who travelled to Clones, Monaghan at the weekend. They represented the club so well during the Ladies’ Ulster final. Well done.
Hard luck to Maxi and the Ladies’ team who were beaten by Armagh in the final especially Shauna, Shauna and Laoise.
Well done to our u17 Div 3 boys who beat Red Hughs to qualify for the Northern Board Final. Score was 2-16 to 1-6.
Thanks to Ciara Cheevers, Daniel Gillespie, Cormac Haran, Aaron Kerr, Rachel Allison, Layla Ramsey, Thomas Roache and Oisín Scanlon who had a bake sale on Sunday morning for the Dermot Earley Youth Leadership course. Thanks to all the helpers and bakers and to those who bought anything. Well done to Rian who won the hamper on the day.
The funeral of Seamus Hoare took place on Monday, former player, and club legend. He played for the club, Donegal and Ulster and was inducted into the Club hall of Fame. He was also on the Donegal team of the millennium in 2000. May he rest in peace. Thanks to those who went to the Chapel of Rest on Sunday and the funeral on Monday.
Our new club website is up and running. All member and players can now use our new registration system to register for 2022.
The Hurling Academy will be on every Friday from 6.30 to 7.30. The Century Complex Sunday Morning Academy is on each Sunday morning from 11 to 12. Everyone is welcome and you can register online. Thanks to everyone who helps and gives their time each week.
